Before School

Opens at 8.00 am daily. We do not provide breakfast but pupils are welcome to bring their own in to Dragon Club if required. The children have a variety of board games, colouring, beads and toys to choose from and play with. At 8.45 am, the children are asked to help tidy away their activities. The Junior children are then free to go to the playground where there is a member of staff on duty. The Infant children remain in Dragon Club until the bell at 8.55 am where they then line up with their class. Foundation pupils are escorted to their classrooms at 8.55 am.

After School

The after school Dragon Club runs from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm daily. Children are first welcomed with a drink and a snack, usually toast, bread, jams, fruit. Last call for food is at 4.15 pm. Water is always freely available. The children can then choose activities such as playing with games and building kits or to go outside onto the playground or field. At 4.50 pm the children then help to tidy away and at 5 pm the children vote for an activity.

Note: Pupils who attend extra-curricular activities (clubs) can have their meals reserved until they arrive at Dragon Club.
